Yes - and it's more than unconstitutional - it is a HUMAN RIGHTS violation. (and the perps should go to jail!)

I guess I get a little worked up about these things. When I was a kid, my parents use to call me "our little Joan of Ark" because I would get on my "high horse" and rant and rave against bad people doing bad things to innocent and defenseless others.
