Hi, my name is Michelle L. I started working out with Jonny in late May of 2007. I followed Jonny’s advice and started the Detoxification Program. I had no idea nor did I expect that over the next 3 months I would transform me and my life. But in those 12 weeks, that is exactly what happened. Jonny was able to asses all of my lifestyle factors and then design a nutrition and exercise program that fit me, along with making a few lifestyle changes that he recommended which made the success of my program a lot easier.

Here are my changes:

• Decreased body fat significantly.
• Lost significant body weight, lost 2 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes
• Increased body hydration significantly
• Lowered cholesterol from 195 to 139, lowered LDL(bad) from 97 to 82, raised HDL (good) from 36 to 48
• Lowered Triglycerides from 308 to 47!!
• Blood pressure decreased from avg. 145/90 to 115/75. Decreased blood pressure medication from 10mg to 2.5mg. Should be off medication in the next 2-3 months after over 13 years.
• No more allergy medications – used to take Singulair 10mg/pm and Claritin 10 mg/am.
• No more coughing/asthma attacks in the middle of the night. No more asthma attacks during/after exercise.
• No more food allergies/intolerances – am able to eat Apples now after almost 30 yrs! Certain fruits/veggies would cause a scratchy throat and sometimes constrict my airway, affecting my breathing.
• No more tension headaches and medication (Butalbital/APAP/Caffeine Tabs as needed). Used to get 1-3 tension headaches weekly.
• I’ve had TMJ syndrome since 1985. Had to wear upper/lower mouth guards nightly and took Ibuprofen (600-800mg) frequently for pain/inflammation. Haven’t used Ibuprofen or needed to wear my night guards in 3 months!
• Got back the natural curve in my back, no longer have a flat back.
• Energy levels increased dramatically. More active now than I have been in years.
• Not tired/drained all the time. Weekends no longer for sleeping. No more couch potato!

• Sound sleeper now/sleep straight through the night. Was very light sleeper. Lucky if I slept 5hrs/night, never slept straight through, anything/everything woke me up. No longer take Melatonin to help me sleep. Wake up refreshed and ready to go now.
• Have not been sick within the last 3 months. Was frequently ill/sick for the past 2 years. Would catch a cold practically every month. Was constantly using up my sick days at work.
• Exercise is now a part of my daily lifestyle - Personal training w/ Jonny 3x/wk, Wing Chun 3x/wk, and cardio 5-6x/wk. I had been inactive for almost 2 ½ years.
• Eating right/healthy is now part of my daily lifestyle. I eat every 2-3 hrs now. My diet consists of fresh vegetables/fruits, eggs, lean meat, fish and poultry, and water, lots of water! I cook at home now. I bring breakfast/lunch to work, eat dinner at home instead of going out to eat all the time.
• Eliminated dairy, grains, caffeine, refined sugars and processed foods from my diet. I am no longer a junk-food/fast-food junkie! Halleluiah!!
• I am now more engaged socially. I had become quite the introvert, and would rather spend time alone. I am back to being an extrovert. I enjoy being around people again and being social.
• I am much more personable and approachable now. People like being around me again. I’m finding that people seem to be drawn more to me now because of my attitude and personality.
• I feel good, and not just about myself, but I “feel” good. GREAT actually! And HAPPY!!

  The most impressive things I got out of this program are two-fold. The best compliment I received from someone was how I am an inspiration to them. In fact, I’ve had several people tell me that. I cannot begin to tell you how much that means to me. That my “transformation” has motivated others to eat better, exercise and pretty much change their life is priceless to me. One page does not allow me to express all the amazing changes in my life.
