I love this documentary!

I think I have to be the biggest fan of Programming The Nation. I've always felt that this movie had to be out in the public.

I enjoyed a delicious meal and the music of Freddy Clark

I enjoyed a delicious and nutritious meal while I listened to a wonderful musician, Freddy Clarke, at Chez Saigon. I enjoyed a tender beef dish and frog legs!

No more hip pain!

I have to be honest, I really didn't expect Dr. Cameron nor anyone to help me with a nagging hip pain.

O'Neil's is my spot!

I've been going to O'Neil's for years now ... and especially for a Guinness! I've made business deals, celebrated, and had many conversations with good friends at O'Neil's.

Highly recommend

I've been going to the Colour Room and seeing Silvana for several years. AND I would see the other stylists in this salon, too.

Love the store and especially the owners!

I came across Atlas in downtown San Mateo while waiting to have breakfast at Firstwatch. My son, then 6 and skaeboarder, of course wanted to go in and check out the store, and who can blame him.

Love working with Jonny!--He's helped me overcome an injury and get back in shape!

I've been working out with Jonny since July 2008 and I've reached my weight-loss goal and am so pleased that I've adopted a healthy lifestyle, based on his strategies for healthy living.

I Love Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Center!

Published in

I had been active for most of my life and 10 years ago, I had a hip injury that prevented me from working out the way I used to. Tired of being sedentary, wanting to lose body fat and just feel better about my overall health, I was lucky to find Brien Shamp, owner of OFLC and work with an independent trainer, Jonny Suarez. They take the time to evaluate your body, work on your core and they have the staff of experts there to help you work through your injuries, too. Dr. Cameron Fort practices out of this center, too.

love the chow mein

one of my favorite dishes - lots of shrimp, chicken and their magic sauce!
